Our firm may be able to assist you if you have been the victim of crime and have suffered physically, emotionally, financially or psychologically as a result. We are often able to assist victims even if the crime against them occurred many years ago or even decades ago. Please call our office toll-free at 1-877-266-6646 or click here to fill out our CICB Contact Form below.
Some of the types of crimes the CICB awards compensation to victims for includes, but is not limited to:
- sexual assault;
- child sexual abuse;
- child physical assault;
- domestic / spousal assault
While a CICB claim must typically be made on or before the two (2)-year anniversary of the date of the crime, there is no such deadline for claims involving sexual assault, child sexual abuse, child physical assaults, or crimes that occurred within a relationship of intimacy or dependency (such as a spousal relationship or parent-child relationship, for example). You may be able to obtain compensation even if the offender was never charged and / or the crime was not reported to the police.
We pride ourselves on providing in-person service regardless of where our clients are located whenever possible. If we agree to represent you, one of our lawyers will make arrangements to meet with you in-person at a location and time convenient to you.
Our firm does not charge a fee unless your claim is successful and awarded compensation. Please call our office toll-free at 1-877-266-6646 or click here to fill out our CICB Contact Form below.
