Indian Day Schools Class Action Settlement Claims
Survivors of Indian Day Schools have until July 13, 2022 to complete and submit a claim form for compensation.
To be eligible for compensation, a Survivor must have attended one or more recognized Federal Indian Day Schools and experienced harm while attending.
Our firm has extensive experience in representing Survivors of serious childhood abuse. Our law firm is Indigenous-owned, with two Indigenous lawyers whose family members attended both Residential School and Indian Day School.
Several former clients of ours have reached out to us seeking help in submitting a claim for abuse at Indian Day School. Recently, the Federal Court has created a process which makes it easier for Survivors to hire their own lawyer to assist with submitting a claim for compensation.
The range of compensation available to Survivors is from $10,000 to $200,000. Our lawyers can work with you to help ensure you receive the full amount of compensation you are entitled to.
If you attended one or more Indian Day Schools, and if you are interested in hiring our office to assist you with your claim, then please do one of the following:
1) Contact our office by telephone toll-free at 1-877-266-6646;
2) Complete and submit the Indian Day School Claimant Contact Form below; or
